Theresa Quann Bakker, Broker, (613)721-8404 Ext:244 Theresa has been a licensed Realtor in the Ottawa-Carleton Region since 1982. Today she primarily works with listings, as well as serves as a coach, and mentor on the team. She has a passion for providing the highest level of service and has an awesome team that allows this to happen in all the details of buying and selling a home. Helping people drives her to serve her clients and coworkers.
Carolyn Neeson, Sales Representative, 613-721-4488 Carolyn has been with Team since February 2001. She brings a dynamic dimension to her interaction with both buyers and sellers. Carolyn's passion is in helping people to realize their real estate dreams. Her excellent negotiation skills, coupled with her ability to work with sellers in preparing their home for sale, makes for a winning combination. 
Paul Lavictoire, Sales Representative, (613) 721-8415 Paul has a keen interest in business and a strong ability to build relationships with others. His real passion is to help people, and hopes that this shines through in the quality of service he brings into each relationship. When he is not working, he enjoys his time off with his wife, Martha, and two sons, Ethan and Samuel. Martha Lavictoire Martha works part time on the charity portion of the business. When she is not at work she is at home (or at the park) with her two young children. 
Rita Arias, Administrator
Rita comes from a strong administration and computer management background. With Ottawa4You, her primary focus is to maintain systems and to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely and accurate fashion. Rita's innate organizational and savvy computer skills make her a very valuable asset to the Ottawa4You Team. Rita also enjoys being a mother of 2 adorable children. Cora-Ashley Raymer, Marketing Specialist
Cora-Ashley is an expert in home showcasing and marketing. This includes helping sellers to stage their homes, as well as taking pictures to highlight the best features of the property. She designs and prints our home feature sheets, and promotes the homes to top real estate agents in the area, ensuring our listings receive as much exposure as possible. Originally from the Maritimes, Cora-Ashley is a “family girl” and enjoys spending time with her husband, one year old son, and two dogs. 
Ottawa4You Charity Division Theresa has had the privilege of helping hundreds of people with their Real Estate needs since 1982. She has a passion for serving not only professionally but commits part of her time to the Outreach dimension of our Team. This work is focused on finding ways to support & nurture youth who find themselves on the streets of Ottawa with no place to call home. Currently Theresa & her Ottawa 4 You Team have aligned themselves with Ottawa Inner City Ministries. They are privileged to be able to provide the funding for a Youth Outreach Worker. The next part of this project involves acquiring a drop in center & home for these kids. We will keep you updated as this unfolds. |
